Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Team Lovell Homes respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website at teamlovellhomes.com (the "Site").
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on our Site infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material on our Site (e.g., the URL of the page containing the material).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf).

Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent containing the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Salt Lake County, Utah, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original takedown notice. If the original notifier does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Team Lovell Homes has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Good Faith Notice
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
